As much as it is sciencetifically proven is everything we do up to the mindset of the invidual.
I just really have hard believing that a sort of energy can make destiny for two people being together or why they do as they do...

    • And that's just fine fam!
I don't believe in fate. The future is not set in stone.
As for "soul mates" I think it's a little different. I don't think everyone has one specific romantic soul they always find. I think a handful of souls are drawn to each other, though. Sometimes they can be platonic, romantic, or even part of your family. But if you have a strong connection or bond with any other soul, they are attracted to each other. Sometimes you meet them when you need to and sometimes when you don't. Sometimes not at all.
I think things are far more gray and much less black and white than most people make it out to be.

Adding this thread to my bookmarks for later. Glad to see other people into paganism.

"Happiness.
If such a thing called happiness exists in this world, it should be something which resembles the limitless nothingness.
Nihility is having nothing, and having nothing to lose.
If that isn't "happiness", then what is?
The things reflected in my eyes have no meaning.
The things that could not be reflected in my eyes, do not exist.
There is nothing in you.. and in me.

personally, i am not a practicing pagan, but, it piques my interest immensely. i have a really good friend of mine and he is actually a practicing pagan and he's one of the most down to earth guys that i know. he seems super in-touch with his surrounds, other people, and himself; and i've always admired that about him. another thing is though i totally believe everyone and everything seems to have a certain kind of energy radiating around them. and, same as you, i came from a fairly strict cristian household, so, i can relate. my boyfriend actually came from a jehovah witness household and i think that religion pressed onto him as a kid pushed him away religion instead of towards it - which i think tends to happen more times than people realize it.
